'At ; Pi-tone last evening a meeting of iJowling .enthusiasts, croquet and lawn tiinis players, was held to consider the Borough" Council's proposals in respect to the use of the municipal grounds for next reason. The Mayor (Air. J. W. iU'Ewan) presided. After discussing the conditions, the meeting offered several suggestions, which the chairman'will place .before the council at its next meeting.
