UPPER HUTT COURT
A sitting of the Upper Hutt Court was held yesterday before Mr, D. C. A. Cooper, S.M. Judgment was given for plaintiff ]>y default in respect to the Upper Hutt Town Board v. Herman Wollcrman, a claim for Vis., with ss. costs, and the siuue-v. C. M'latyru, for £1 7s. (id., Willi ss. costs. In a judgment summons case, John Dalton was ordered to pay the sum of MO 18s. to T. Twomcy (who was repreisented by Mr. J. ,S. Barton) in weekly instal-ments-of as., in default H days' imnrisonment.
