• SUMMARY AND FORECAST V AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for stormy weather! . with considerable* rain and strong cast to south-easterly winds northward of Ka-whia and Ocistlepoint. Expect wet ■and squally conditions, with strong west to south-westerly- winds in .Southland; cold and changeable weather with strong and variable wind*) elsewhere. The barometer is unsteady, with • a falling tendency. A disturbance v passed in the' south on Sunday, and the winds changed to southerly,'.with rain in many parts.
