The alleged offence is that during tho months of Febru-iry and March the union did instigate certain workers employed by tho vVoJlington Woollen Manufacturing Company to take part in an unlawful strike, the said workers being bound at the commencement'of) the strike by ;n award of tho Court of Arbitration. The penalty claimed from the vr.ion is £200. The hearing of the c;>se will probably be taken on May 16.
