Probably his time win bo fully occupied with Australian problems, which aro bristling with difficulties. Progress of negotiations has been small owing to tho interruption due to his illncs. Mr. Ryan (Premier of Queensland) has conferred with tho Attorney-Gen-eral on certain Queensland matters of Imperial concern,
