The report presented by the churchwarden stated that the vestry desired to thank all those who had, with time and money, -helped to shift and repair tho organ feeders and engine. The balance-sheets showed that tiie offertories and . subscriptions for tho year amounted to nearly £4(10, and that £100 had been paid off St. Augustine's Hall, leaving the place free of debt. The vicar nominated Mr. J. G. A- Castle as Ins churchwarden, and the other officers were elected as follows:—Parishioners' churchwardcn, il'r. H. B. Johnson |re-elceted); vestrv, Messrs.' A. Fowler, ,T. H. Shcrwin., A. Morgan, W. Claridge, F. L. Matthews. J. Abrahall, G. Heat.hcotc, C. AYnlls, ,\. Wight, atid C. Goddard. Messrs. S, Hicks and L. Woblcy were re-elccled auditors.
