Fowler, ,T. H. Shcrwin., A. Morgan, W. Claridge, F. L. Matthews. J. Abrahall, G. Heat.hcotc, C. AYnlls, ,\. Wight, atid C. Goddard. Messrs. S, Hicks and L. Woblcy were re-elccled auditors.
