WHAT A CHRISTOHURCH DENTIST SAYS ABOUT HIS STUDEBAKER. We have made T)ig claims ror the Studebaker'car on the score of its reliability, its simpler, and the ease with which it ban bo driven. The following letter, addressed <to us by Mr. It. Cowper; surgeondentist, of this city, demonstrates the kind of service the SCudebakei will give in the hands of an owner who ha? had comparatively littlo driving experience- Mr. Cowper purchased a Studebaker car fr«r lis on' November. 30th last, and his first lengthy tour was one in the North Island during the recent Christmas and New Tear holidays. Concerning his experiences on that tour, Mr. Cowper writes:— "Just a few lines to tell you how thoroughly satisfied I am with ray Studebaler car. As you know, I took it away with me to the North Island, and went in all about 1200 miles, over all the big hills up in tho north. . Going from Wellington through to Napier over the Rimuiakas, across to Palmerston, Wanganui, and New Plymouth, and back to Wellington over tne famous' £aekakariki Hill, the car took all the big hills with the greatest ease, and did not fjivo mo the (lightest anxiety. All that distance It was not touched t>y anyone save to give' it petrol and oil, and we did not even, have to put wind into the tyres. Yon will bo surprised to hear that I brought the cai over the Zig-zag from Lyttehim to Sumner, which says something ta; the car and the way you taught mo to drive." The Studebaker driven by Mr. Cowper was, of course, equipped with electric *elf-starter and electric lights. Tho new 1916 model Studebakers will be to hand shortly, a first shipment being expected next week. Tho prices of the new'models are:—2s h.p. five-scater'(including electric self-starter. electric lights, and full road equipment), 31345; 25 h.p. tbree-seater (same equipment), ,-£335. They sro even better than the 1915 model, which has given such magnificent satisfaction to all purchasers. Adams, Ltd., N.Z.
