CHARGE OF THEFT DISMISSED
By Telegraph—Press Association. ', Eltham, April 27. The case against R. S. Lewis, who was bfought back from Sydney by warrant on a charge of stealing £410, and was remanded from last Wednesday, was dismissed this morning, the prosecution offering no-evidence.
