Tho Timber Workers' Conference resolved: "That tho conference express tho strongest objection to any system of compulsory service until full justice has been done to soldiers by increased pay and pensions by right todischarged soldiers and the dependents of the killed and wounded, and adequate taxation is levied upon incomes to cover such expenditure."
