The ' "Daily Telegraph" states that Mr. Asquith's speech of April 10. has attracted much attention in Hungary, • where tho peace movement is growing, owing to' the belief that Germany intends to break up Austria-Hungary into small autonomous States, in order that she may easily swallow them lip later.
