AMERICA'S IMMIGRATION BILL
PROTEST FROM JAPAN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. April 23, 5.5 p.m.) , London, April 22. The "Morning Post's" Washington correspondent states that Japan is protesting against the Government's Immigration Bill, which has passed tha House of Representatives, and specially excludes Asiatics. Japan points out that as she herself has prohibited the emigration of coolies to America, tha new law is a reflection on her good faith.
