TSAR HAS A NARROW ESCAPE

Potrograd,' April 19. The Tsar had a narrow esoapa when reviewing troops on the 7th at Ivantz, on the Dniester. Ho was proceeding along the interminable lines saluting the regiments when an Austrian aeron]auo appeared and dropped bombs. Tlio*antiaircraft guns repeatedly volleyed, and the Tsar watched the shrapnel bursting round the machine. His Majesty continued the review.
