♦ PALL FROM A SCAFFOLD. Alfred Coker, aged 23 years, residing at 25 Todroan Street, Brooklyn, while working on the new Parliamentary Buildings yesterday,. slipped and fell off a scaffolding and fractured his left leg. Ho was admitted to the Hospital. A. GIRL RILLED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Ghristchuroh, April 18. Ruth Hughes, aged 15, was knocked .down by a runaway horse and cart in j Ashburton to-night, and killed. She was on her way to church at the time.
