"The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," "The Wellington and Karori Sanitation and Water Supply Act, 1912," and their respective amendments. nnHE Council of.the City of Wellington JL hereby gives public notioe that such Council proposes to Borrow, by way of; Speoial Loan, within the meaning of "Th? Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," the sum of ,£13,670, for the following purpose-.— Construction of a storage reservoir and high level reservoir .ami, all-necessary contingent works, including the nccessary pumping plant, rising and delivery mains, reticulation, and services, and all such other works as may be'neiessary to provide an efficient water supply in that portion of Karori "described in the Schedule to "The Wellington and Ifarori Sanitation and Water Supply Amendment Act, 1915." The Council proposes to pledge a special rate of one penny and five-sixths of a penny (1 5-6 do in the £ on the unimproved'value of all rateablo property within the area defined in the Schedule to "The Wellington and Karori Sanitation and Water Supply Amendment Act, 1915," as. security for the said loan of ,£13,670 and interest and sinking funu thereon. •It Is propbsed that the whole amount of tho loan shall bo repayable at the expiration of a term of twenty-five (25) years, computed from the Ist day of July, 1916.
