Elliot), interviewed bv the Nea Hellas, said that had Greece properly watched her own waters and tho coast, the need for transporting the Serbian troops by Greek railways would not have irispn, The Minister emphasised that the transport of Serbians across Greece is due exclusively to the submarine danger. Diplomatists consider-the Premier's declarations are insufficient. The, Chamber unexpectedly adjourned to May 3. This is attributed to the Ministerial situation. fA message from Athons, dated April 13, stated: "There is tremendous excitement, duo to a statement in the Paris 'Temps'' that the Entente Powers have complained of Greece's breach of neutrality in sell-* ing to Bulgaria, o&rl.v in November, 37,000 flour sacks belonging to Russia.
