Food mastication drill is the latest of the German weapons against England's starvation plan. Accordingly the paper "Kolnischc Yolks Zeitung" has started a discussion on "How -to induce people to cat loss." Tho papei - exhorts-its readers to take heart, and publishes a schoolmaster's, letter, showing how he drilled his pupils to eat unbuttered black bread so slowly that their hunger was satisfied with a quarter of the usual amount. The pupils preferred it without butter.
