Full restitution hod been mado and an/assurance could ho given that tho young mini would bo properly looked nfter in future His Honour agreed to admit tho pri soncr to probation for a period of six months on condition that ho was not away from his homo after 7 o'clock on any evoning during that time In addition, tho usual terms of probation must bo observed, and the prisoner would have to make a contribution towards the costs of tho prosecution.
