WITTENBERG CAMP HORRORS

April 16, 5.5 p.m.) London, April 14, A semi-official statement from Berlin says that the English report on the Wittenberg Prison Camp is not exact, and is a repetition of former charges, which wero refuted' when they consulted American doctors, who expressed satisfaction at the hygienic conditions of the camp.
