OYRENA COMES WITH OIL. Oil-laden from Singapore, via Auckland, the steamer'Oyrena arrived in port yes. terday morning, and took her berth at the Railway Wharf. With her bridge amidships and engines and -funnel aft, the vessel presents' an unusual sight. The stca* mer Is' fitted with all the appliances for the safe handling of her most inflammable cargo. Her dimensione are:—Length, 288 feet; beam, 39 feet; moulded.depth, 22 feet; and she has withal a fair turn of speeo.i the journey from Singapore to Auckland occupying 25 days. - The ,ve6sel -will discharge a portion of her oil here, and is expected to proceed on to Lyttelton- on Tuesday next. . • MELBOURNE. COMING.. . Mr. G. T. Hull anounces that the Melbourne Steamship Company's Melbourne i« expected to load at, Newcastle on April 22 for Miramar. She should put in an appearance here about the end of the month. • THE BLACKBALL' BOATS. The Ngatoro, coal-laden from Greymouth', was expected at Wellington during the night. . After discharging part, of her cargo. here she .will proceed, on to Toko-, maru Bay this evening to complete discharge. ' The • Ngakuta is expected from Greymouth on Tuesday morning, and will, if possible, return to the West Coast the following evening. PATEENA'S EASTER RUNNING. The Pateena left for Picton and Nelson atmidd&y yesterday. Instead of returning this evening she will remain at Nelson nntil Monday morning, and will not arrive back here until Monday night, sailing again on Tuesday.
