MR. E. ASHMEAD-BARTLETT
—» : ' ' FINAL LECTURE TO-NIGHT. ! Mr. E. A6hmead-Bartlett will give his second and final ivar lecture in the .Town Hall to-night. Messrs. J. and N. Tait announce that owing to Mr.. AshmeadBartlett's engagements in other parts of the Dominion it is impossible to aive further lectures in Wellington. Tie first part of to-night's lecture will be devoted to the Western front, tho Balkan situation, the Eussian. offensive, and the general state and prospect of the war. In the second half Mr. Ashmead-Bhrtlett will deal with tho _Gallipoli campaign, and the views which aroused 60 much, interest at his first lecture oil Thursday will again be shown. The box plans will bo at the' Bristol until noon, and afterwards at Ohristeson's. Mr. Ashmead-Bartlott will lecture at Napier on Tuesday, at Auck. land during the Easter holidays, Wanganui on April 26, and Palmerston North on April 2T.
