TURKISH ACCOUNT OF THE FIGHT AT FELAHIE By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. April 13, 8.5 p.m.) ■ , ■ London, April 12. ■ A Constantinople communique states that the British have suffered "a fresh and bloody defeat at Felahie. Three thousand dead were counted in front of our lines. The British,, after an hour and a half of artillery preparation, on Sunday morning, attacked with their entire forces from the right bank of the river. The battle raged for six hours, and the enemy sustained immense losses and penetrated _ a portion of our trenches. We bayoneted these, and drove back the survivors to their own trenches. . 'Prisoners state that the 13th British Division; which was recently/ at the Dardanelles, suffered most." ''....

Other 1 messages regarding Mesopotamia received show that the river is above the land level, ft is believed that the enemy is purposely flooding some ireas. ,
