London, April 12. In spite of severe censoring, the facts of Saturday's debate in the Reichstag are leaking out. "' ■■/■'■'. . It transpires that when Dr. Lleb~ kneckt was speaking, a number ofdeputies, greatly excited, demanded! his expulsion, and approached Dr. Liebknecht in a menacing maimer. Oho deputy mounted the tribune and tore a document out of Dr. Liebknecht's hand. <.

A Socialist member recovered and restored the,document, but the President indignantly refused to hear Dr. Liebknocht further.

Dr. Liebknecht refused to quit the Chamber, and several Progressives tried 'to drag him outside. The scene lasted for several minutes, until the President olosed the sitting. As a sequel on Monday, the "Vorwaerts" states Herr Ledebour denounced the.'brutal treatment of Dr. Liebknecht; and also the censoring of .the minutes of the session. Thero iras ,a great uproar and shouts of "Traitor!" The President refused to allow the resumption of the debate, and adjourned the sitting. v
