Harper, farmer, of Makirikiri, and W. W. Taylor, farm manager, of Puker'oa, and tho defondants A. J. joblin, of Taihape, and his wife Tho claim is one for specific perform-, ance of an agreement. On the Bench fchero were Their Honours tlie Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout), Mr. Justico Edwards, and Mr. Justico Cooper. Counsel for the plaintiffs were Sir Francis Bell, K.C., with _Mr. C. P.Skcrrett, K.C., and Mr. A. D. Brodie, and for defondants Sir John Findlay, K.C., with him Mr. J. M. Hiissey.
