They are as follow;— Net income, £2,250,292; balance to credit of profit and loss account, £2,046,482; reserves, £3,251,087; total assets, £3,598,842. Messrs. Dalgety and- Co.,' Ltd., Wellington, have received. the following coblegram .-from their London liouse, under date: April 11:—''The third aeries of sales have opened. The selection was mostly cro»3breds. . There was a good attendance 01 buyers, end competition- was animated. 'As compared with closing rates of last sales, crossbrcds were from par to id. per lb. lower, slipee .."were rather dearer, and merinos were very firm to slightly dearer. The> dates of our own sales are April 12 and 18 and May 6." The New Zealand Farmers' Cooperative Distributing Co., Ltd., advise receipt of % tho following cablegram • from their London agents:—"Merinos opened par to\s' per cent. . dearer.
