STATEMENT BY MINISTER OF DEFENCE.
i ' The Minister of Defence (the Hon. J: (Allen) was asked .last evening whether ;he had; any statement to make about ithe disturbance.

Instruction was given by telephone, to have it righted, and I believe it was done, though the instruction got there rather late."
