PIONEER COLONIES FOR SOLDIERS
BRITISH EXPERIMENTAL SCHEME By Teleeraph-Press Asßociatlon-OoDyxlßht London, April 11. The Government lias considered the Departmental Committee's land report, and has decided to establish three experimental pioneer colonies, choosing the settlers from carefully selected sailors and soldiers.
