SOME NEW REGULATIONS, . "General-Orders" issued from Headquarters nas the following to say regaiding the issue of arm badges. After registration they will be "en titled to wear badges according as t< • whether they are medically unfit, wait ing to be called up, or retained fo duties in connection with the Expedi tionary Force. Group commanders who receive thes registrations will submit the names' o ' those fit for service to Headquarter through the districts, and a list will b returned with a statement against eaci name showing whether the candidate—(a Can be spared at once. , (b) Cannot h spared until a later date, (c) Is indie pensablo for >the duties in which he i engaged. The group commandei: will then dea with the various categories as under (a) Will be served with a notice to joii the next Reinforcements to be calid( up, (b) Will he placed in the Rein forccmonts being called up at the dati nearest to'which lie will be free of his departmental duties, (c) Will be marlc- - cd as indispensable, and no further action taken. •
