The Wellington Golf Club official opening of the season will take place at | tho links, Heretaunga, on _ Saturday next at 2 p.m., when the Mixed Foursomes will bo played; Entries, _ which dose at 5 p.m. to-morrow, will bo open to all niembxjs of golf clubs. The club's. Easter tournament for both golf and tennis will bo open to members of other clubs. The Victoria cup competition men's bogy, open to members of the club only, will bo played on April 23.
