A British sailor, interned at Gioningen, has been granted furlough :on parole for a, week to : visit' his mother,' who is seriously ill in Banffshire. ■ [There is a Groningen in Germany and also one in Holland. Having regard to the character of the Huns and their attitude to us, the probability points to the latter locality.] •
