The "Times" Paris correspondent states that in deference to the British Government's presume! attitude, th'et French have waived Ulscussion of tariff questions at the Economic Conference, though convinced that tariffs must lie discussed sooner or later. The agenda now includes the questions of improvement of the blockade, defensive measures against the _ Gormans' dumping schemes, mutual aid regarding raw material, tonnage, industrial plant, and finance.
