ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
FOUND DROWNED. By' Telegraph—Pre?F Association. Taihape, April 5. This morning a woman named Frances Lee, 63 years of age, was found drowned ii} the Hautapu Hiver. She left home during the early morning. She had been ailing for some time. From her last utterances it is believed to be a.,case of suicide. A MOTOR FATALITY. Auckland, April 5. A man named William Baxter Simpson, married, 38 years of age, was knocked down by a . motor-car to-night, and received injuries from which lie died. The deceased was a commercial traveller. ' ■
