Raymond Francis Murray was charged with failure to account for 17s. lid. which, ho was-said to ■ have received from Benjamin Ling for Catherine Robinson. He was remanded to appear at Otaki on Thursday. For insobriety Thos. O'Brien was fined £2, and Erie Norman M'Almder" Thos. E. Leask was remanded till April 8 to answer a charge of being an incorrigible rogue. Julius Lambcrg was fined 10s. for having been found drunk while in charge of'a horse and dray in Riddiford Street John Thomas, alias Thomas James alias Bray James Trevarthen, was remanded to appear at Te Kuiti on April 16 on a charge of the theft of a horso (worth £10) belonging to one Tukutarcwa.
