NATIONAL RESERVE

■ A meeting of those interested in the welfare of the National Deserve will be held in the Meeting Hall, Accountancy Chambers, Johnston Street, this evening. The announcement convening the meeting states :-*-"That' the National Reserve is not progressing as it should, do is.evidenced by the falling off in attendance at parades, and the adverse criticisms appearing in the 'Evening Post. 1 Unless improvements are _ immediately effected, there is every indication that the National Reserve will cease, to exist. Many members of the National Reserve have- expressed their dissatisfaction at the present state of affairs, hence the action of the convenors."
