Tennant (Under-Secretary for War) promised a Judicial inquiry into Mr. Pemberton Billing's aerial charges. PUNJAUB AEROPLANE FUND. Delhi, March 29. The Punjaub Aeroplane Fund closed with £90,000. The ringleaders of the Clyde strike have' been ordered to reside in Edin. burgh. ENCINEERS INDICTED. scenes in Court. (Rec. March 30, ''8.55 p.m.)' London, March 29. Thirty engineers on the Clyde have been charged with participating in the 6triko at the Bcardmoro and other important works. The accused created scenes in court by demanding an adjournment because their loaders had been kidnapped, and finally left the court in a body as a protest against the Government, for" not releasing the deported leaders. Twenty-two o£ them were fined £100 oach. 1
