The lad was in the act of delivering some grassseed, and was putting the bag towards the tail of the cart, when the horse moved off, tipping both seed and boy out. Smith fell heavily to the ground and dislocated, his shoulder-blade. After receiving medical attention, .the lad was removed to the Masterton Hospital. SCALDED TO DEATH. .
