WHAT A CHRISTCHURCH DENTIST SATSABOUT HIS STUDEBAKER. We have made big claims Tor the Stud®, baker 'car on the score of lta reliability, its simnlKity, and the ease with which it can be driven. The following letter, addressed to us by Mr. lt, Cowper, surgeondentist of this citv, demonstrates the kind of service the Studebaker will give in the hands of an owner who has had comparatively little driving experience. Mr. Cowper purohased a Studebaker car from us on November 30th last, and his first lengthy tour was one in the North Island during the recent Christmas and New Year holidays. Concerning his experiencw on tUt tour, Mr. Cowper writes:— "Just a few lines to tell you■how thorougMy satisfied I am with my Studebaker car. As you know, I took it a way with me to the North Island, and went in all about 1200 miles, over all the big hills lip in the north. Going from Wellington through to Napier over the liimutakas, across to Palmerston, Waaganui, und New Plymouth, and back to Wellington ovor the famous Paekakanki Hill, the car took all the big hills with the greatest ease, and did not give mo the Slightest anxiety. All that distafloo It was not touched by anyone save to give it petrol and oil, and we did not even have to put wind into the tyres, xou will l>o surprised to .hear that I brought the cat over the Zig-zag from Lyttelton w Sumner, which says something fo. the car and the way you taught me to drive." The Studebaker driven by Mr. Cowper was, of course, equipped with electrio «;elf-starter aiid electric lights. The'new 1916 model Studebakers will be to hand shortly, a first shipment being expected next week. The prices of the new models ure:—2s h.p. five-seater (including electrio self-starter, electric lights, and full rond equipment), 5345; 25 h.p. thrce-seator (samo equipment), ,£335. They are even better than the 1015 model, which has givtiii such magnificent satisfaction to all purchasers. Adams, Ltd., N.Z.
