CITY COUNCIL DECISION'S. Last evening the City Council received the following roport from the Reserves Committee:— « "That iu consequence of the'reports received from tlie custodian of the municipal golf 'links at Berhampore, that certain people are continually obstructing the public games, and also damaging the course, the City Solicitor be instructed to draw a lease iii. favour of the Town' Clerk over the Belt occupied, b.v the links, and that the Town Clerk inter into a deed of trust, under such conditions as shall be approved by tho council, such conditions to protect the prepared portion of the links from damage,' and at the same time consorve the interests of the public as, to free enpnuieo to that portion of the Belt. "That from March 31, 1916, the.issue of season tickets for play on the municipal golf links be discontinued, and u charge of 6d, per round of 9 holes bo made in all eases; also that children.totwecn the agcs~of 1U and IjT years b>i granted the special rate of 3d. per round of 9 holes on the municipal links, except on Thursday and Saturday./nfißi'iwoun, .from ) n'rlwk."
