The parcel post mail per Main Trunk express closes at tho 0.P.0. at 11.30 a.m., and for the south per Ferry steamer at 6.45 p.m. Late letters for mails beyond the Dominion cannot In futuro bo posted on the steamer, but must be posted in the lateletter posting-box at tho Chief Post Office up to the appointed time shown on tho mail notice. Tho advertised time for closing malls by steamers are liable to alteration (earlier or later) at any moment. As the last clisarance of tho Oity receivcia is. made at 5.45 p.m. on Saturdays, all correspondence for tho Sunday night Auckland express must bo posted at the Chief I'ost.
