-WELLINGTON ASSOCIATION

The annual general meeting of .delegates to the Wellington Football As-'i Bosia'tjon was held last night; Mr. A. E. wells presiding. The annual report (already published) and the balancesheet were'adopted. In moving the adoption of the report, the chairman congratulated delegates upon the manner in which the affairs of the association had been carriod on during the past season, in view of the grave "crisis through which' the notion was'paßsing. Referring to the unsatisfactory results of 'the third 1 division championship, the chairman regretted that so far the Management Committee had been unable to locate the causo of the troublo. He expressed the hopo that the accident insurauco schemo would in the near futu»iS receive better support.from the younger players than it had received in the past.
