GERMANY'S FATE TO BE DECIDED

The Paris "Figaro" states that the Allied forces at Salonika are preparing for action, and that the military chiefs and representatives of the Allies are going to decide Germany's fate. GREECE ASKS BRITAIN FOR A LOAN ("Times" and Sychm ."Sun" Services.) London, March 21. Mr. 'W. Jefferics, the "Daily Mail" correspondent at Athens, says:—"The Groek Government proposes to tax'everything possible to meet the monetary ombarrassment. A request has been made to London for a loan. If the Ministry is forced to resign, M. Zaimis will probably form an interim Ministry. He probably could pave the way for the return of M. Venizelos. It is highly improbablo that Germany can give a loan; therefore we hold tbo winning position." MUTINY IN BULBAR ARMY.- . Athens, March 21. Mr. Candler (the British war correspondent) reports: ''Three columns mado a night march on March 8, and attacked the Dujilah redoubt, south-east of the Turkish jwsitioii lit EssinD. The enemy was completely surprised when our artillery opened at dawn. A series of attacks were delivered during the day, but the position was held in great strength, and the columns returned to tho main camp uninterrupted. "The operations were carried out in waterless country, and the troops were heavily laden with entrenching tools and oxtra ammunition on the march. They fought for forty-eight hours without rest, displaying tho highest courage, tenacity, and endurance."
