TO BE LIQUIDATED.-BY THE GOVERNMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association Auckland, March 21. Questioned this evening regarding the'operations of tile D.H. and P.G. in the Pacific Islands, the Prime Minister stated that, with the-approval of the Imperial authorities.(without which no action can be taken), the Government ■ of New Zealand intends to liquidate the Deutsche Hindels mid Plantagen . , Gesellschaft, • commonly known as the D.H. and P.G. The liquidation will involve all the. com- . pany's existing stocks and . the collection of its book debts, but not the sale of land, buildings, or trade marks., Mr. Massey added that, a liquidator' will bo appointed in Tonga to : act iii co-opera-tion with a liquidator in Samoa.
