Miss Una Carter, of tho Wollingtoi Gas Company's staff, will give a furthei demonstration of gas cookery at the company's .rooms at 3 o'clock to-morrow afternoon. Her subject this week will be "Cakes and Tea Dishes." Messrs. Ilarcourt and Co., Wellington, announce for sale in this issue two properties. The first is of 700 acres, anil is suitable for grazing purposes. The second consists of 2000 acres, and tho auctioneers state is a good sheep run. mostly in erass.
