LODGE MEETINGS
The Rising Star Juvenile Temple, No. 8, ■1.0. G.T.; met in St. Peter's Mission Hail, Tuvannki Street, Sister Mrs. Roberts, superintendent, presiding. The superintendent reported that she had received a letter -from the grand superintendent of juvenile work, sending her greetings to the members of the Temple. The following' members contributed items to the evening's programme—Sis. P. Adams, recitations and pianoforte solo; Sis. L. Hiteben, recitations; Sis. E. Burton, recitation; Bro. f Haley, songs; Bro. C. Bennett, recitation; Sis. Norma Petherick, song; Bro. Fred. Petherick, song. The 1.0. G.T., Star of 'Wellington Lodge No. 12, met last Thursday in. §*. Titer's Mission Hall, Taxana!q« f.'rS;' . ' Bro. Rigarkford, Chief |"i; iding. Bro. Mossip, a returned soldier? ',vas readmitted into 'the lodge. The lodge was visited by Lce.-Corpl. Bro. Anderson, of the Anchor of Hope Lodge, of Daunevirke. Speaking for the "good of the ordor," _Bro. Anderson conveyed to the lodge the greetings of the Anbhor of Hope. He reported that the lodge then, was in a fairly flourishing order, but, lileo other lodges, had lost most of iljg young men owing to the war. The Juvenile Temple there' was doing well. A lengthy report on absent members was presented, and it was decided to take action in certain cases. The following contributed to the social part of the evening—Sis. M. Hanky, nianoforte, solo; Sis.
