Loug-> heed (Minister without' portfolio), tin behalf of the Government, read Mr. Bonar Law's telegram stating that the Economic Conference in Paris would be for purposes, of discussion only. If any action is contemplated as the result of the conference, no steps will be taken. ,\vithout full consultation with the Dominions.
