ADMIRAL VON TIRPITZ
REPORTED RESIGNATION : By Tolegraph—Press Association— Copyright Washington, March 15. It is rumoured here that Admiral von Tirpitz, German Minister of Marine, has resigned, in consequence of disagreements with tlie German Government, chiefly with Herr von Bcthmann Hollweg, Imperial Chancellor. ANOTHER REPORT. . REASON FOR RESIGNATION. (Roc. March IG, 10.50 p.m.) Copenhagen, Starch IG. Admiral von 'i'irpitz has resigned, and Admiral von Capello succeeds him. ' It is reported that the retirement was due to the Kaiser and Prince Henry of Prussia being dissatisfied with the float's inactivity,, while other reports attribute it to tho modification of tho submarine warfare.
