London, March 15. The News Exchange correspondent at Athens states that Information from Constantinople asserts tnat tho Turks and Germans have given up hopes cf attacking Suez or Egypt, but intend to threaten the Canal, hoping to induce the British to keep a half-million men idle in Egypt.
