Present indications ■ arc for moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds, weather warm, cloudy, and misty at • times, and a change with rain prob' ably following generally. Barometer unsteady, with a falling tendency. The winds have been variable, but easterly breezes have predominated. Drizzling rain has fallen in 'ports northward of Kav/hai and Gisborne, but warm and fair to cloudy conditions, foggy at times, hiavo ruled elsewhere.
