EMPIRE PARLIAMENTARIANS TO HOLD AN EARLY CONFERENCE
INVITATIONS FOR TEN DELEGATES, FROM AUSTRALIA
AND FOUR FROM N.Z.

The United Kingdom Branch of the Empire Parliamentary' Association lias invited! thirty-two members of overseas Parliaments to visit London in July of which number Australia is asked to send ten, Canada ten, New Zealand'four, South Africa six, and Newfoundland two. _ The delegates will bo selected by .branches of the association: They will see something of the war organisation, and exchange opinions informally with fellow members of Parliaments. Lord Milner, Viscount Brycc, Lord Burnham, Lord Sydenham, Bight Hon. W. Hayes Fisher, M.P., Mr. A. H. D. It. Steel-Maitland, M.P., Mr. L. Amery, M.P., Mr. A. C. Beck, M.P., and Mr. Will Crooks, M.P., aro actively furthering the scheme, and Mr. Balfour, Mr. Bonar La'.v, and Mr. Lewis liarcourt approve it. The visitors will receive hotel accommodation and travel iacilities on this side. .As the visit is strictly a business one, it is impossible to invite-.ladies. The visit will enable the delegates to exchange views with French, Russian, and British members of Parliament, as well as a desirable exchange between overseas members of Parliament. '
