'The newspaper "Nea Helles" states that seventy-five thousand Turks petitioned the Crown Prince Vareddin, asking him to compel the Sultan to remove the Young Turks' Government and conclude a separate peace yith the Allies, otherwise a revolution will break out next week. PREMATURE RUMOURB.
Athens, March 18. The persistent rumours respecting peace negotiations in Turkey ore premature. The position of the Auustro-, Germans is still strong, notwithstanding the animosity of the people. The Austro-Germans are gradually taking forces to Constantinople,. and simultaneously transferring _ Turks of eaual strength to the provinces, obviously intending to replace the entire garrison. -They aro already masters of' the Turkish Navy. \ •• .. .
