The "Daily Telegraph* &" Rome correspondent, states that the Serbian Army, numbering 150,000, , has been completely, reorganised in Corfu, and is ready, to fight wherever the Allies send it. BULGARIAN SOLDIERS. SHOCKINGLY TREATED. Athens, March 13. Deserters- state that Bulgarian soldiers are shockingly treated. They are not allowed to write letters home; and if they grumble at their food they are ordered tivehty-five blows on tlio naked back, while they ares, shot if the charges are more serious. TORPEDO BOAT MINED. FIFTEEN OF THE GREW RESCUED. (Rec. March 14. 9.20 p.m.) Sofia, March 14. Official—A Russian torpedo boat was mined aiid sunk south-west of Varna. Bulgarians rescued fifteen of the creiv. CERMAN SUBMARINES. PUSHING THROUGH TO THE SEA; (Rec. March 15, 1.10 a.m.) Athens, March 14. Five German, submarines, each of a thousand tons displacement, have entered, or are about to enter, the Dardanelles to break for the open sea. FOR THE FRENCH FRONT.
BULGARIAN TROOPS WANTED. (Rec. March 15, 1.10 a.m.) Bucharest, March 14. Parliament has 'agreed to the War Office vote of sixteen millions sterling. Germany has asked Bulgaria to send two divisions to the Frencli front. Bulgaria, has refused _ owing to Rumania's uncertain attitude.
